The future I sense emerging is one built on justice and an ethic of collective care. All people have the right to live in safety and dignity.
In the context of forced migration through this rights-based lens I think about the structures not only providing refuge from, but something to move towards; equitable access not only to safety but to the many particulars that enrich our lives, serving to simultaneously highlight our diversity and underscore our shared humanity.
A culture of inevitability surrounds injustice. I believe that by holding ourselves, society, and government able, and by maintaining a stance of action and hope, we can, and are, moving toward this vision of an equitable future.
Our team helps organisations working in forced migration and other social benefit areas to build healthy workplaces, maximize positive impacts, and demonstrate accountability to beneficiaries and other stakeholders.
